Mariah Carey announced her pregnancy Thursday on the Today show after months of speculation that she is expecting. The singer said she is due in the spring.
Sitting in a dark, candlelit room, Mariah Carey spoke to Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush about her pregnancy. “It’s been a long journey. It’s been tough because I’ve been trying to hold onto a shred of privacy,” Carey said.
This is the first child for Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon.
The 40-year-old Huntington native also revealed that she suffered a miscarriage two years ago, when she and Nick Cannon, 30, were first married.
