Miley Cyrus’ music video for her new single “Who Owns My Heart,” is stirring up controversy among parents.

In the video, Cyrus rolls around in a bed and a limo while showing off a lot of leg, then spends the rest of the time at a rave, where she suggestively dances in tiny shorts and a halter top.
The Parents Television Council is not pleased with the 17-year-old. “It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one,” President Tim Winter told TMZ. “It sends messages to her fanbase that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fanbase so rapidly.”
