by Long Island Press on November 29, 2009

broken-windshield-by-ccSeven young men were arrested Nov. 28 in connection with vandalism in the Bayport area.

Suffolk cops said a Bayport resident called for help after hearing glass breaking and seeing a Chevrolet Cavalier in the area. After patrolling the area, SC P.O. Seymour found the vehicle with seven suspects inside.

Upon further investigation, it was determined the subjects used their fists, feet, and bricks to damage the windshields, windows, and side-view mirrors of several vehicles parked in front of residences.

The following were charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

· Jose Suarez, 20, of 23 Spruceton St., Selden.

· Joseph Pisani, 16, of 88 Newton Blvd., Ronkonkoma.

· Phillips Barnes, 17, of 302 Vista View Dr., Farmingville.

· Enrico Guiliano, 17, of 10 Maplewood Ave., Selden.

· Nelson Perez, 16, of 10 Maplewood Ave., Selden.

· Joseph Cuneo, 16, of 24 Williams Blvd., Lake Grove.

Suarez, Pisani, Barnes, Guiliano, Perez, and Cuneo will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on November 29.

Fifth Squad detectives also arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile who was charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. He was released into the custody of a parent pending a Family Court Appearance at a later date.

Investigators believe the same individuals may be responsible for similar incidents in Bayport as well as Central and Northern Brookhaven Town. The investigation is continuing.

Wedding & Event FAQ
Q- Does the flower girl have to wear white or ivory to match the bride?

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué.
