A screenshot of the "Kill The Kitty" video shot inside the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter in Wantagh. Its disturbing footage shows Acting Shelter Director Pat Horan (left, with mullet) smiling and making obscene gestures while other workers lasso a kitten with a noose while a woman's voice off-camera shouts "Kill the kitty! Kill the kitty!". A town spokesman says the video, circulating on YouTube, is at least 17 years old and Horan has been reassigned pending an investigation.
