In quite possibly the best rally to ever grace Washington, D.C., Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert reportedly attracted more than 200,000 to their Rally to Restore Sanity Attendance on Saturday.
So how many people actually came out for the event?
Well, CBS estimates the attendance was at 215,000, way more than the network estimated were in attendance at Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor Rally.

The controversial BeckĀ Rally attendance was estimated at 87,000, according to CBS. But Beck says there were hundreds of thousands.
And that 215,000 doesn’t including those who watched on TV or via computer.
Why such a major turnout? Well, dude is funny. The comedians gave all of us a well-need break from bitter party wars, managed to lighten things up, and save everyone’s sanity.
Oh, and the outfits didn’t hurt either.
