The suspect wanted for gunning down his estranged wife’s boyfriend in Bay Shore early Tuesday morning has been apprehended, Suffolk County police said.
Quinton Rubin of Brentwood was arrested and charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing Sean Berry of Bay Shore. Both men are 36.
Police said Rubin fatally shot Berry in a trailer next to a Kenneth Lane home about three blocks from Bay Shore High School at 4:30 a.m.
Rubin will be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Central Islip.
