Nassau County police are investigating a multiple car crash that left two people in critical condition Thursday morning in Jericho.
Police say a 34-year-old man was driving east on the Long Island Expressway at exit 40 when he lost control of his Nissan Pathfinder, striking the center median at 8:47 a.m.
The vehicle then began to spin across the left and center lane when it was struck by a Ford Explorer driven by a 30-year-old woman, with four passengers inside.
The driver of the Pathfinder and one of the passengers in the Explorer are listed in critical condition.
