$5K Reward in Edgewood Pot Farmer Probe

Suffolk County police are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the man suspected of growing more than four dozen marijuana plants in an industrial park.

New York State police last month released an image of the man they believe was involved in growing about 54 pot plants growing in a wooded area of the Heartland Industrial Park on Heartland Boulevard in Edgewood.


Narcotics investigators have seized the plants.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS of the State Police at 631-756-3374. All calls will be kept confidential.
