Suffolk Police to Hold Property Auction Wednesday

Suffolk County police will auction off property seized during criminal investigations in Yaphank on Wednesday.

Items slated for the auction block include hand and power tools, automotive and household items, artwork, televisions, electronics, gun scopes and cases, bicycles, generators, a snow blower and jewelry.

No motor vehicles or motorcycles will be sold at this auction.


The auction will be held rain or shine and all items will be sold in “as is” condition. All purchases are subject to New York State sales tax and payments must be made in cash.

The event is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. at the Property Section building next to police headquarters, 30 Yaphank Ave., Yaphank.
