Morgan Freeman spoke in front of the FIFA Executive Committee in Switzerland Wednesday on behalf of the United States in its bid to host the 2022 World Cup.
Along with the U.S., Japan, South Korea, Qatar and Australia are also vying for the soccer championships. The committee will vote and decide on Thursday.
Freeman flubbed his speech when he turned to the wrong page, but continued to rally for the U.S.
Former President Bill Clinton also made a plea for the United States.
