The Cambodian festival on Monday that resulted in a major stampede has killed at least 345 people, according to reports out of Cambodia.
Nearly 400 others were injured at the festival in Phnom Penh, an annual three-day Water festival.
Cambodia has declared Thursday a national day of mourning and they are investigating what caused the stampede.
The festival began on Saturday and drew crowds of more than 4 million.
One reported possibility as to the cause of the stampede is at 10 p.m. there were so many people on a bridge that it began to sway and people began rushing off in panic.
The cause of the stampede is still under investigation.
