2 Charged in East Islip Bowling Alley Stabbing

A group of about 30 people armed with bats, knives and machetes got into a fight in the parking lot of a bowling alley on Main Street where a 21-year-old Deer Park man was stabbed twice in the back at 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 14.

The victim, who police did not identify, suffered serious injuries to his lungs, spleen and liver.
 
Third Squad detectives charged Henry Castillo, 18, and Alex Reyes, 19, with second-degree assault.
 
They will be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday.
