A Freeport apartment building super has been accused of selling hallucinogenic drugs in the parking lot of the building he manages.
Nassau County police arrested Kevin Rivera for allegedly selling PCP on Monday.
Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives said the 26-year-old man tried to get rid of the drugs when he was being arrested.
Rivera was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
He will be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
