Pat Manocchia: Who is Pat Manocchia?

by Lindsay Christ on December 1, 2010

Ever since Madonna opened her own gym, people want to know where she learned her fitness regime.

Pat Manocchia is one of the people who trained Madonna over the years. Manocchia is head of La Palestra, a gym and center for preventative medicine in the upper West Side of Manhattan. With personal training and membership costing roughly $8,000 a year, this is a fitness center for the upper enucleate of New York City. John McEnroe and Liam Neeson train and work out at La Palestra, and Manocchia also trained and dated Julia Roberts in the 90s.

Manocchia released a book “Anatomy of Exercise: A Trainer’s Inside Guide to Your Workout” in 2009.

Movie Review: Valentine’s Day

by Prairie Miller on February 12, 2010
Valentine’s Day 2/4 (Warner Bros., Rated PG-13) While Valentine’s Day is allegedly the busiest time of the year for the delivery of mushy messages and corny love trinkets, the same should never be the case in a movie. Hyperactive in the extreme while [...]

Wedding & Event FAQ
Q- Does the flower girl have to wear white or ivory to match the bride?

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué. She can also wear the color of the bridal party and to differentiate her, you can add a white or ivory sash. Choose something that you feel will coordinate best with the rest of your bridal party.
