Sportscaster Erin Andrews is trying to get TheDirty.com to take down images from her illegally shot nude peephole video.

Gossip website TMZ posted a letter from Andrew’s lawyer stating that the website is “unlawfully” posting the pictures because “the copyright of these images belongs exclusively to Ms. Andrews.” The lawyer said that the fact that these photographs are up is an invasion of her privacy, and wants them to erase any trace the pictures may leave behind, including those on search engine databases.
However, The Dirty doesn’t seem to be afraid of a potential lawsuit, and reported the pictures at the top of their site after receiving the letter.
