Lindsay Lohan Arrest: Arrest Warrant Issued For Lindsay Lohan After Failed Drug Test

Lindsay Lohan had a busy weekend.

After Lohan admitted she failed a court-ordered drug test last week via Twitter, a Beverly Hills Judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest on Monday. She has been ordered to appear at a hearing on Friday.  Her probation in her 2007 drug case has also been revoked.

Lohan also dropped her $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade over the Superbowl commercial that featured the milkaholic baby named Lindsay, according to documents filed Monday in a Manhattan court.

As all this went down, sources close to Lindsay reportedly told Radar that she is broke, and mom Dina is struggling to pay her ever-growing legal fess.

Now, less than one month after Lohan was released from jail and rehab, she may be going back. Previously, Fox had threatened the actress with 30 days in jail for each violation.
