Who is John Bolz?
That’s the question tens of thousands of fans were asking after Tuesday night’s episode of White Collar aired a memorial to Bolz in its closing credits.
Bolz, 39, was a Mineola resident who died in a single-car crash in Laurel Hollow on May 10. He had worked on set as a grip and lighting guy for the hit series, which airs on USA Network. Members of the show mourned Bolz’s death back in May and officially paid tribute to him Tuesday night.
The dedication intrigued so many of the show’s viewers that John Bolz became a top trending topic on Google Wednesday morning.
