Model and Hamptons socialite Christie Brinkley has put her North Haven home up for sale to the tune of $15.75 million.

The beachfront house, which dates back to 1843, sits on a 4.5 acre lot and features such amenities as an in-ground pool, large white columns at the front entrance and five bedrooms.
Brinkley, who has invested in several Hamptons properties over the years, is too busy to maintain the house, says the Wall Street Journal. “I love fixing up old houses,” she said in a statement. “But my life is so busy between with my children, launching several new businesses and my philanthropy, I just don’t have time.”
According to records, Brinkley, 56, bought the house in 2004 for $7.15 million. She owns other properties in the area as well, including a house directly across the street.
