Teen Mom star Maci Bookout and Kyle King, her boyfriend of almost two years have called it quits, according to reports.
The split was the result of Bookout’s constant pressure on King, 23, to get married, US Weekly said in an exclusive report. The 20-year-old m0m of Bentley was reportedly pushing for a more serious commitment from her childhood friend, who she has been living with since the summer of 2010. The story follows numerous reports that Bookout has recently moved out of the home they shared.
“Maci wanted something way more serious,” a source told the magazine. “She was never happy enough just being a couple. She always wanted more, more, more, whether it was a ring or another baby.”
“It’s really sad because they love each other, but she pushed him away,” the insider concluded.
Bookout herself has sent mixed messages about the alleged breakup on her Twitter account.
“hahaha well once again the tabloids are wrong…. dont waste your time!” the MTV reality star originally tweeted, but shortly after retweeted this message from actress Megan Fox:
“Bad relationships are to end, so the good one’s can begin. Let it go, be alone, love yourself and be patient for love.”
Later, Bookout sent out this cryptic message, “you ended up being the person u said you would never be… #youarewhatyouexperience”
Contractually the “Teen Mom” stars are prohibited from disclosing information that will be revealed in upcoming episodes.
Bookout was engaged once before, to Bentley’s father Ryan, but the two ultimately broke up.
