Two employees of a California skydiving company are under investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration after a video that shows them joining an extreme form of the mile-high club was brought to the attention of local police.
Alex Torres, a porn star who also worked at Skydive Taft, and company receptionist Hope Howell filmed themselves getting it on both on the plane and then continuing once they jumped in tandem into the air. The adult air activities were filmed in the early morning and were apparently made to get the attention of disc jockey Howard Stern.
Torres, who also goes by Voodoo, posted the video on his blog, but removed it Monday morning. Authorities were notified after high school boys made the video viral.
Skydive Taft owner David Chrouch told local station KGET that he fired Torres and was still deciding what to do with Howell.
“Apparently they told my pilot it was okay to do this. And got here early in the morning before anyone got here and shot this,” he said.
The FAA is looking into whether or not the sex could have distracted the pilot, which would make it a violation of federal regulations. Chrouch said that the pilot “was in complete control of the plane at all time.”
Since everyone in the video was of age no criminal charges are pending, and since no one witnessed or complained about the dive public nudity charges won’t be issued.
