A Brentwood man was sentenced Thursday to 3 1/3 to 10 years in prison for stabbing two teenagers, killing one, outside of a Levittown nightclub last year.
Jovany Huddleston had been convicted of manslaughter, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in April at Nassau County court.
Prosecutors said the 24-year-old stabbed Rainero Ramirez, 18, in the neck and Bryant Nunez, 19, in the abdomen in the rear parking lot of Club Shy on Hempstead Turnpike in May 2010.
Nunez died hours later and Ramirez survived.
Huddleston had reportedly been acquitted or a second-degree murder charge.
