This week, Avril Lavigne has officially premiered the video for her newly released single entitled ‘Smile.’
The song comes as the second single to “Lullabye’s” debut. It follows the hit single “What the Hell.”
According to the Examiner, the Shane Drake directed clip from Lavigne’s latest album, Goodbye Lullaby, was released this week through Lavigne’s official official website.
The video depicts the punk pop star with green hair, rocking out with a can of spray paint and picking up pieces to a broken heart.
“Decorating the set of Smile video,” Avril tweeted earlier in the week, while holding a can of spray paint, reported to Just Jared.
“You know that I’m a crazy b****, I do what I want, when I feel like it. All I wanna do is lose control but you don’t really give a s***. Ya go with it, go with it, go with it ‘cause you’re f****** crazy rock n’ roll,” sings the petite punk singer in “Smile.”
According to Kingston Herald, the singer song-writer also recently announced at the end of the Asian leg of her concert tour and that she will heading next to venues in Latin and South America.
“And that’s why I smile. It’s been a while since everyday and everything has felt this right and now you turn it all around and suddenly you’re all I need. The reason why I-i-i, I smi-i-i-ile,” sings Lavigne in her new single
