Dallas Cowboys injured quarterback Tony Romo is engaged to Candice Crawford.

Crawford is the sister of Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, the former Miss Missouri in 2008 and currently a Dallas sports reporter. Romo, 30, proposed while celebrating Candice’s 24th birthday in Dallas on Thursday.
The couple started dating in September 2009, shortly after Romo broke up with Jessica Simpson in July 2009. Simpson also recently announced that she is engaged to Eric Johnson, who is another NFL player.
It was Simpson’s other ex Nick Lachey who started the wedding bells when he proposed to longtime girlfriend Vanessa. Lachey was married to Simpson for three years.
Neither of the three have announced a wedding date. Will John Mayer be next? Yeah, highly doubtful.
