Cartoon Pictures for Facebook Profile: The Latest Internet Trend

If every friend you have on Facebook is suddenly turing into a cartoon character, don’t panic. It’s just the latest social networking trend.

The fad started in Greece and Cyprus in mid-November. Until Monday, people are replacing pictures of themselves with pictures of their favorite cartoon characters growing up.

Some say that the purpose of the trend is to help put an end to child abuse, while other are saying that it is just a way to reconnect with your inner kid.
