The Today Show‘s cast wore Halloween costumes for Friday’s show.

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s…Al Roker! Roker dressed up like Superman, complete with black hairpiece.

Meredith Viera channeled her inner pop star as Lady GaGa, although honestly her outfit was way too tame to be a real GaGa garb.

Hota Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford (as you can see above) dressed as Ethel and Lucy from I Love Lucy. That picture is seriously f*cking scary.

Tina Fey and Will Ferrell guested on the show, dressing as their respective characters from the upcoming film Megamind.
