Lindsay Lohan returned to jail Friday after Judge Elden Fox refused to set bail and ordered her to remain in custody until a hearing which is almost a month away. Lohan violated her probation when she failed two court-mandated drug tests last week, testing positive for cocaine and Adderall.

Lohan was handcuffed and escorted from the Beverly Hills courtroom immediately after the hearing, which lasted 10 minutes. Judge Fox refused to hear any pleas for bail from Lohan’s attorney.
This is Lohan’s third time in jail. She’s previously been released early two times due to overcrowding in the jail. She was released from the Century Regional Detention facility on Aug. 2 after serving just 14 days.
Lohan admitted she failed the drugs tests on Twitter last week.
“Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night,” she tweeted last Friday. “I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps.”
The actress remains on probation for a reckless driving and two driving under the influence charges.
Lohan will likely remain in jail until her hearing on Oct. 22.
