The Countess LuAnn de Lesseps did not get the royal treatment from one Hamptons bus driver (gasp!).
The New York Post reports that Ms. de Lesseps, of The Real Housewives of New York fame, arrived at a pick up destination in Manhattan where a bus from Hamptons Luxury Liner was set to leave shortly. Allegedly, Countess LuAnn asked if she could run and get a cup of coffee first. The driver of the bus said he was leaving in two minutes. And being the punctual bastard that he is, he did just that! Without the reality star on board!
She then boarded a Woodbury Commons bus who radioed the driver of the Hamptons Luxury Liner and they coordinated a spot to drop her off. She then boarded the original bus, according to Luxury Liner marketing director Jennifer Friebbly. Whew. That was a near-disaster.
