Body of Jenna Lord Found in Camden, NJ

by Natalie Crnosija on July 19, 2010

Police identified the body of Jenna Lord after family members found the missing mother of one in a vacant parking lot.  Lord, who lived in Collingdale, Pennsylvania, was missing since July 5.

Lord was last seen at a train station in Camden, NJ after attending a party.

Her cell phone, according to Lord’s mother, Desiree Caruso,  died over the weekend and Lord borrowed a man’s cell phone to call home, only to leave a message.  The man, who also gave Lord money for a train ticket, called Caruso the next day.  He said Lord “looked a little scared.”

“His train came a minute before hers, and he got on his train and I guess he figured she would get on her train, but she never got home,” Caruso said.

Caruso viewed surveillance video that showed Lord walking at the train station. Two men were following her.

“It looked like they were saying something to her,” Caruso said. “She looked back and then she just kept walking, and that’s the end [of the tape]

Lord’s body was badly decomposed and the autopsy could not determine the cause of death, said officials.

According to her family, Lord was mother to a three-year-old son.

Wedding & Event FAQ
Q- Does the flower girl have to wear white or ivory to match the bride?

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué. She can also wear the color of the bridal party and to differentiate her, you can add a white or ivory sash. Choose something that you feel will coordinate best with the rest of your bridal party.
