Ty Pennington Arrives- Saturday, 3 p.m.

by Samantha Batel on June 26, 2010

After much anticipation, Ty has finally arrived for the turning over of the key. Several volunteers said he was coming at 2 p.m., but others added a window of up to four hours to this estimation.

Ty Pennington, after getting the key to the Lutz family home

As Ty stepped onto the Lutzes’ front lawn, fans screamed his name in hopes of an autograph. The staging of the “key turn over,” however, seemed to monopolize his attention.

ABC’s camera crew took about an hour shooting the scene, perfecting Ty’s interaction with the Alure and community volunteers. Now that Ty and his team officially have the key, they can start bringing in the furniture and setting up the inside of the house. Let the decorating begin!

Wedding & Event FAQ
Q- Does the flower girl have to wear white or ivory to match the bride?

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué. She can also wear the color of the bridal party and to differentiate her, you can add a white or ivory sash. Choose something that you feel will coordinate best with the rest of your bridal party.
