Teenage Girl Struck, Seriously Injured by Car in Farmingdale

by Long Island Press on June 13, 2010

A teenage girl was hit by a car early this morning in Farmingdale and is listed in critical condition.

Natali DiMaio, 17, of Manorville, was crossing Route 110 at 12:08 a.m. this morning just south of Conklin Street in Farmingdale on foot with a group of friends. As she crossed, a 1998 Nissan Altima driven by 45-year-old Brooklyn resident Stanislav Litvinov was headed south in the middle lane. The Altima hit DiMaio and, according to witnesses, Litvinov had a green light.

DiMaio was taken to Nassau University Medical Center and is listed in serious, critical condition.

No violations or charges have been filed against Litvinov. The Altima was impounded for a safety check.

First Squad detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 631-854-8146 or 631-854-8151.

Wedding & Event FAQ
Q- Does the flower girl have to wear white or ivory to match the bride?

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué. She can also wear the color of the bridal party and to differentiate her, you can add a white or ivory sash. Choose something that you feel will coordinate best with the rest of your bridal party.
