Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will be coming back to Long Island to help change the life of one lucky Long Island family.
With the help from the community, the stars of the ABC Emmy-award winning hit show now on its 7th season will renovate the entire house to a deserving family. Alure Home Improvements are a leading and premier remodeler has become the shows go to remodeler for their projects.
Alure will host a pep rally on Monday at Suffolk County Sports Park which is the home of the Long Island Ducks. Admission is free. This will start off the volunteer effort necessary to accomplish to help accomplish the renovations on the house for the deserving family. It won’t be released until June 21st on who the family is.
Sal Ferro, President and CEO of Alure Home Improvements will be hosting the Pep Rally. Members of the production team from Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will be present as well. They will talk about the show and how people can help.
Following the pep rally Alure will start to sign up volunteers for the project. It will start a week later. Alure will also coordinate a food drive for the Interfaith Nutrition Network. They will collect canned or packaged food all week long.
