Two days before the anniversary of his mother Dana Plato’s suicide, Tyler Lambert, 25, fatally shot himself in the head on May 6 in Oklahoma
Toxicology results are still pending. Lambert was an aspiring song writer.
Plato’s mother-in-law Joni Richardson told People.com that Lambert had been struggling to deal with his mother’s death for the past 11 years. Plat died of a prescription drug overdose in 1999 at 34 years old.
Lambert will be cremated. No memorial has been planned.
