A 37-year-old man was arrested Saturday for watching porn while traveling on the Southern State Parkway, New York State police said.
According to police, NYS Trooper Michael Mangano was patrolling westbound on the Southern State Pkwy in the center lane when he observed a 2002 GMC Yukon XL in the right lane. Glancing over, Trooper Mangano observed the Yukon’s rear-seat passenger, Gerald L. Williams, watching a pornographic movie and stopped the vehicle.
Williams was arrested for public display of offensive sexual material, an A misdemeanor, said police. He was released and ordered to appear in Suffolk County First District Court May 14.
