Man Fatally Stabbed in Brentwood

The Suffolk County Police Department Homicide Squad seeks information from the public regarding the death of an unidentified man found slain in Brentwood early Saturday morning.

According to police, a Hispanic man was found dead in front of 63 Gates Ave., Brentwood, at approximately 3 a.m. The victim had been assaulted by an unidentified man who was accompanied by two females, say investigators. The suspects fled in a white 2-door sedan.

The victim, who suffered multiple stab wounds, is believed to be in his 20s and was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
