Man Fatally Shot in North Amityville

Suffolk police are investigating the shooting death of a North Amityville man late Tuesday night.
 
James Terry, 44, was found shot in the parking lot of the Andpress Plaza apartment complex at 11:15 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two other men, whose names police did not release, were taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip where they were treated for gunshot wounds, according to Homicide Squad detectives.
 
Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this incident to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
