Four Men Assaulted with Baseball Bats in Hicksville

Four Hispanic males were assaulted early Sunday morning in Hicksville, Nassau County police said.

The victims, ages 27 to 38, attacked in front of 18 W. Nicholai St. by a group of five Hispanic males armed with baseball

bats. The victims were kicked, punched, and hit with the bats, causing them to suffer from several serious injuries including lacerations, a broken arm, and head contusions.

The four victims were taken to Nassau University Medical Center, where two remain for further treatment.

Police that anyone with information about this attack contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
