A 28-year-old man was at the Bank Of America on Grand Avenue when a man ran up to the driver’s side window, displayed a handgun and demanded the victim to turn off his vehicle at 11:17 p.m. on Thursday, according to 1st Squad detectives.

A second robber got in the rear passenger door and pointed a handgun at victim, while first suspect ran around the car and got in the front passenger door, police said. The suspects demanded victim to remove currency from ATM, then demanded his wallet.

The two robbers then told the victim to drive out of the parking lot onto Grand Avenue, then left on Village Avenue where the pair got out of the car and fled the east on Village Avenue, then north on McDonald Place.

On Wednesday night a pair of suspects robbed another 28-year-old man at the same bank at about the same time of night.

Detectives ask anyone with information on these robberies to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.

Wedding & Event FAQ
Q- Does the flower girl have to wear white or ivory to match the bride?

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué. She can also wear the color of the bridal party and to differentiate her, you can add a white or ivory sash. Choose something that you feel will coordinate best with the rest of your bridal party.
