Cops: Levittown Woman Who Crashed Car Was DWI

A drunken driving Levittown woman was arrested after she crashed her car on a parkway in Farmingdale on Saturday night, New York State police said.

Kristin Devitt, 23, crashed her car while driving westbound on the Southern State Parkway near Exit 33 shortly after midnight and was found to be drunk and in unlawful possession of the prescription drug Oxycodone, police said.
 
Devitt had a blood alcohol content of .22 percent and was charged with driving while intoxicated, criminal possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations.
 
She is due at First District Court in Central Islip on Dec. 7.
