Man Mugged in Uniondale

A man was robbed at gunpoint in Uniondale on Saturday night, Nassau police said. handgun2-300x225111

The victim was walking on Nassau Road near the corner of North Parkway when he was confronted by a man armed with a handgun who demanded the victim’s wallet, cash and cell phone at 7:15 p.m., according to 1st Squad detectives. The robber fled with the stolen items on foot and the victim was not injured.
