Student From LI Found Dead Inside Suite at Yale

by Associated Press on November 1, 2009

YaleA 19-year-old sophomore at Yale University was found dead Sunday by his roommates inside their suite, the school said.

Andre Narcisse of Roosevelt was discovered unresponsive at about 11 a.m. Sunday morning in his suite at Branford College, one of the school’s residential colleges, said Tom Conroy, a Yale spokesman.

Emergency personnel were not able to resuscitate him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Conroy said police have not found any evidence of foul play. Narcisse’s body has been sent to the state medical examiner’s office to determine how he died.

Yale College Dean Mary Miller sent an e-mail to students notifying them of Narcisse’s death. She says there will be opportunities to gather to remember him.

The death comes less than two months after 24-year-old graduate student Annie Le was found strangled behind a wall in a Yale laboratory.

Le vanished Sept. 8 after heading to work in a basement lab of a Yale medical school building. Her body was found five days later.

Raymond Clark III, 24, who worked in the lab, has been charged with murder. Clark, who has not yet entered a plea, is due back in court Tuesday.

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué. She can also wear the color of the bridal party and to differentiate her, you can add a white or ivory sash. Choose something that you feel will coordinate best with the rest of your bridal party.
