Expert Career Training on L.I.

Syosset, New York – The Culinary Academy of Long Island offers several career programs, including Professional Cooking, Commercial Cooking, Professional Pastry and Baking, and Hotel and Restaurant Management.

The programs are taught in exciting, hands-on learning environments by the Culinary Academy of Long Island’s well-respected, talented and experienced faculty. The school prides itself on the positive relationship between students, faculty, and the administration. With classes averaging only 15-20 students, teachers are able to address individual student questions and more directly respond to the needs of each student.

On the job training through externships is an important component of many of the programs at the Culinary Academy of Long Island. Students are required to complete a significant amount of their training out of the classroom and in the real world at one or more of many available externship sites. The list of participating restaurants, hotels and other facilities is extensive, impressive and continuously expanding.

The Culinary Academy of Long Island is dedicated to assisting its graduates in finding suitable job placements. Career preparation sessions teach interview skills and actively help students compose their résumés. The Culinary Academy’s reputation of graduating well-training and responsible professionals has employers calling year-round to fill open positions. Faculty members are more than happy to serve as references for deserving students and are always willing to lend a helping hand. Graduates of the school hold many positions throughout the area’s food service and hospitality industry and are usually eager to help recent graduates find fulfilling and rewarding careers.

If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué.
