Britney Spears Saved My Life!

BritbritThe new BBC documentary Britney Spears Saved my Life profiles a bunch of wackjobs across the pond who put the razorblade down and said ‘yes’ to life after listening to “Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman.”

OK, maybe it’s not that dramatic.

One fan was inspired to leave the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Another, to battle her eating disorder.

“I generally make films about large, brooding geniuses; I’m known for fairly highbrow, intellectual portraits of people that win lots of awards,” says Director Vikram Jayantis. “I didn’t really know much about Spears, but thought that I should pay attention to someone whose choice of underwear can knock the Iraq war off the front pages.”

But if you’re looking for scandal and panty shots, you’re out of luck. The documentary focuses only on the fans and doesn’t lay a finger on Brits colorful past, so you won’t find any pink wigs and head-shaving here. But, on the plus side, you will find these people:

A-Your flower girl can wear any colored dress, which of course coordinates with the rest of your wedding party. If you choose for her to wear white or ivory, you can accent the dress with the bridal party color sash or appliqué.
