Multiple Reports of Criminal Mischief in Wantagh and Massapequa
Multiple acts of criminal mischief and larceny were reported between 6 and 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 in Wantagh and Massapequa, and 7th squad detectives are on the case.
Over the course of that three-and-a-half hours, detectives have so far reported that an unknown number of people broke the front passenger window on five vehicles. The vehicular assailants took materials inside the vehicles, including cash, handbags, clothing, a briefcase and a cell phone.
