A Hampton Bays man has been accused of soliciting sexual favors and money in exchange for favorable testimony at a parole hearing.
Southampton Town Police arrested 59-year-old Horace Lattimore earlier this month for bribe receiving by a witness and harassment.
Police said Lattimore had gotten into a physical altercation with his neighbor, Sean McDermott, who was arrested and was serving jail time for menacing Lattimore with a hatchet in August.
Lattimore requested a sexual favor from McDermott’s fiancé or $500 in exchange for favorable testimony at McDermott’s parole hearing on Dec 3.
Lattimore was indicted Tuesday and is due back in Suffolk County court Dec. 24 after being released on $500 bail.
