A pair of armed robbers are wanted for holding up a Woodbury bank at gunpoint on Tuesday afternoon, Nassau County police said.
Two men armed with black semi-automatic handguns entered the Capital One Bank on Jericho Turnpike and demanded money from the teller at 4 p.m.
The teller complied and the robbers fled with cash on foot eastbound through the shopping center. No injuries were reported.
The first suspect was described as a white man between 5-feet, 7-inches and 5-feet, 8-inches tall, 35-40 years old, weighing 110-120 pounds with a thin build and brown bushy hair. He was wearing a white baseball cap, large black sunglasses, zippered black jacket and blue jeans.
The second suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall black man, 35-40 years old with a medium build. He was wearing a Kangol-type cap, sunglasses and a two-tone jacket with tan sleeves and jeans.
