Uniondale Armed Robbers Sought by Cops

A trio of armed robbers mugged a woman for her purse at a Uniondale bus stop on Monday night, Nassau County police said.

The 43-year-old victim was waiting for a bus on Front Street when three men walked up and on demanded her property while displaying a knife at 9:20 p.m., police said.

The other two went through the victim’s pockets, stole loose change and fled with her pocketbook. The victim was not injured.


The suspects were described as black men in their 20s, approximately 6-feet tall with slight builds and wearing dark colored jackets.
