All are misdemeanors. In addition to violating state law, the actions alleged to have been committed by the students violate Hamilton College policy. The college is cooperating with the police investigation.”

Bongiovi, who is from Red Bank, N.J., was allegedly found unresponsive in her dorm room in Kirkland around 1:51 a.m. and a small amount of heroin was reportedly found at the scene.
