Suffolk County police are looking for a gunman who shot and killed his estranged wife’s boyfriend in Bay Shore early Tuesday morning.
Police said Quinton Rubin entered a trailer next to a home on Kenneth Lane, where he shot the victim at about 4:30 a.m. The 36-year-old suspect then fled the scene, police said.
The victim’s identity was not immediately released. The shooting occurred bout three blocks from Bay Shore high School.
Homicide Squad detectives are continuing the investigation and ask anyone with information on Rubin’s whereabouts to call them at 631-852-6392 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
