An East Hampton man was arrested for drunken driving without a court-ordered igition interlock device that was required after a prior convicton for driving while intoxicated, Southampton Town Police said.
Rodrigo Xot Tocay was pulled over for a traffic infraction on Montauk Highway in Watermill at 8:45 p.m. Saturday.
Officers foud the 25-year-old man to be under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Tocay was charged with DWI as a felony, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and circumventing an interlock device.
He will be arraigned Sunday at Southampton Town Justice Court.
