Suffolk County police Hate Crimes Unit detectives are investigating graffiti referring to the death of the U.S. Ambassador to Libya that was found on a mosque in North Bay Shore last week.
Police said the vandal spray painted “RIP US Ambassador” and “The War Will Rise” on the north exterior wall of the Masjid Darul Quran mosque on East 3rd Avenue.
